Returns Policy
All FULL PRICED returns must be received by Glorious within 14 days of placing your order. All SALE GOODS must be received by Glorious within 7 days of placing your order.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return your order, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery as any other method is at your own risk.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if organised by Glorious World Ltd.
Please note we can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please obtain proof of postage.
You will receive an email to confirm that your return has been received and providing goods are in perfect condition with tags attached we will refund your original payment method which can take up to 12 days to receive
All international returns must be returned at the customer's cost after informing us at info@glorioustrading.com.
All returns must be received by Glorious within 14 days of email notification.

Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should notify the customer care team at info@glorioustrading.com explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number.
When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree an appropriate resolution.
All returned goods must arrive at Glorious within 14 days of the date you placed the order.
